As the Director of Operations for Clozetivity, Chris oversees the operations, design and support to all Clozetivity franchises. With a flare for design and natural passion for designing spaces, Chris has taken his love to the next level by providing exceptional technical and aesthetic consults to all of our franchisees of Clozetivity.
Over the past 30+ years, Co-Founder and COO Curt Swanson has been creating and growing home service businesses, both in the US and Caribbean, while spending the past decade as COO of multiple franchise businesses. Curt is passionate about ownership, allowing him to motivate and assist enthusiastic franchise owners to achieve their goals.
Executive VP Beth Swanson, brings 20+ years of successful operations and management, ensuring accountability across all platforms of HBFG. The first step in the process is to schedule a free, no-obligation consultation in your home. This meeting will take about an hour, and we’ll discuss your closet organization needs, review the state of your closets and measure your spaces. During this process, we’ll assess what you need to store, look for ways to consolidate storage since a Clozetivity closet will often allow you to organize and store more in a much smaller space. If you’ve shopped closets, have a design from another company or want to price shop, we can work to give you the best deal too!
For decades, the custom closet design process has been the same, the process was slow and often took weeks to get a design and a price. We use state-of-the-art software that leverages artificial intelligence, and in many cases, with standard reach-in or walk-in closets, we can generate 4-6 stunning designs for you on an iPad in seconds. You’ll pick what you want, make changes, and get an instant price and proposal. No waiting! For custom closets with unique measurements, we can design a totally custom closet that takes 1-2 days. Fast and fun!
Once you select the design you love, we’ll send you a paperless proposal via email or text, and you can pay for your deposit. We’ll order your closets, and typically, they take 4-6 weeks to arrive. All of our closets are made in North America of high-quality materials. Once we know when your closet is ready to install, we’ll schedule your Install Day!
Before your Install Day, we can help you prep your closet or you can save and prep it yourself. You’ll need to remove everything from the closet, remove the existing shelving and rods, and repair or paint over any open nail holes. Make sure the prep happens 1-2 days before the install, so the paint is dry, and on Install Day, you have a clean, empty closet!
Install Day is here! We will unload your closet from our van and set up the space. Once everything is laid out and organized, our expert installers will begin on time, and ensure they leave your home in excellent, clean condition. Typical installs take 1 day for a single closet, and 1-2 days if you have more closets.

I contacted Clozetivity on Yelp to build a custom bookshelf for an odd shape in our wall and got a response quickly with an estimate that was reasonable. Tami came and took the measurements and Terry and team came to install this within a week or so. At first, there was a small issue with the way it came out because of a manufacturing issue of the material but Tami and Terry were kind enough to come back and redo the whole thing so I was 100% satisfied. I've worked with many people recently as part of our remodel and this kind of service is hard to get these days so I'm pleasantly surprised at the lengths they went through to make me happy.
