Dawn Weiss brings more than 20 years of franchise leadership experience, having served in chief marketing, operations, and executive roles for nationally recognized brands, including Massage Envy, The Joint Chiropractic, Amazing Lash Studio and Xponential Fitness. She is one of the most highly regarded experts in franchise growth with a track record of proven success having scaled brands from the ground up into household names.

Her experience spans brand strategy, franchise development, lead generation, unit-level performance, organizational leadership, and the creation of scalable systems across multi-brand franchise organizations. As CEO of Home Based Franchise Group, Dawn leads Clozetivity's long-term strategy with a franchisee-focused approach grounded in measurable performance, collaboration, and scalable, sustainable brand growth.

Lance Buck's career spans two decades in operations, commercial business development, and relationship-based sales. He brings deep understanding and firsthand experience of what it takes to build a successful small business and strategic partnerships within the multifamily residential, general contracting, disaster restoration, and commercial services industries.

Lance was co-founder of Firestorm 24/7, a disaster restoration franchise system serving multifamily residential clients. He understands firsthand the responsibilities, challenges, and critical decisions involved in building and operating a service-based business. As Director of Operations for Home Based Franchise Group, Lance works to strengthen operations across our brands including Clozetivity, cultivate valuable strategic partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and aid in the development of solutions tailored to our franchisees' needs.

Chris Woods has more than 20 years of experience in operations, customer service, design and leadership. As a member of Clozetivity's founding team, he has played an instrumental role in building the brand's operating processes, training programs, design standards, and franchise support systems.

Chris works directly with franchise owners supporting them and their teams across the full customer journey, including consultation, design, sales, installation, operations, and customer experience. His combination of technical knowledge, design expertise, and hands-on operational guidance gives franchisees an experienced resource who understands both the creative and practical sides of running a Clozetivity business through all stages of growth.
